Gelatin capsules are made from animal-derived collagen — the traditional industry standard, slightly more flexible, and cost-effective. HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) capsules are 100% plant-based and vegetarian/vegan-certified, suitable for a broader consumer base.
